ZHONGDECustomizing | Manufacturing
As we all know, injection molding can continuously produce thousands or even millions of parts or products for OEMs, aftermarket suppliers, packaging companies, and consumer goods manufacturers. Injection molding has the ability to produce products of various sizes, complexity, and composition. The application of this highly repeatable and reliable process ranges from commercial to home appliances, medical and other markets.
As one of the best injection molding companies, Zhongde supplies high-quality, low-cost injection molding parts for customers worldwide. Our affordable mold fee (start at $500) can help you to reduce design risk. We aim to provide a long-term solution, moving beyond rapid prototyping, with senior project managers and engineering experts to communicate through all project stages from design to production.
Plastic injection molding is the most common manufacturing process for the fabrication of large quantities of plastic parts. Plastic injection molding can be used to create various plastic parts.

|Rapid tooling||Mold working life time up to 20,000 runs. Short machined time.|
|Production tooling||Traditional molds, used for mass production.|
|Single cavity moulds||Moulds only produce one part per cycle, mostly used for low production rates.|
|Multi cavities moulds||Moulds can produce more than one part per cycle, used to increase production rate.|
|Family moulds||Moulds produce two or more different parts per injection cycle, the parts should be of the same material and color.|
|Two plate moulds||Moulds consist of one parting plane which used for parts that are typically gated on or around their edge.|
|Three plate moulds||Moulds consist of two parting planes which used for parts that can be gated anywhere along its surface.|
|Insert molding||Inserts are placed into the mold and molding occurs around them. This is allows for inserts such as helicoils to be molded in your design.|
|Overmolding||Premade parts are placed into the mold to mold over them. This is allows for multi-material injection molding.|
|Injection molding service option||Prototyping & on-demand manufacturing|
|Mold material||Steel P20, H13, S136, 2316, 2344, 083,718H, SKD618, etc.|
|Mold type||Family molds, single and muti-cavities molds|
|Mold storage||Stored for 3 years inactivity|
|Guaranteed mold life||Unlimited|
|Mold remachining||We can remachine the molds if there are any changes required, basis on mold structure.|
|Mold warranty||Lifetime warranty on production molds|
|Press availability||60 to 4,100+ tons|
Low-pressure injection molding
High-pressure injection molding
Injection pressure low as 1.5-40 Bar
Injection pressure up to 350-1300 Bar
Injection temperature 180-240°C
Molds can use a variety of materials
Molds can only be made of steel
The ideal production process for sensitive and precise components
Can not glue precision electronic components
driven by air pressure and has no environmental pollution
driven by hydraulic pressure and is not conducive to environmental protection
Good adhesion of products and high waterproof sealing performance
Poor adhesion of products
Cannot produce sensitive components
Suitable for packaging of electronic components
Relatively low efficient
Can I modify the injection mold after the first run?
We can modify your steel injection mold by additional machining, fill-in welding, welding in additional material, or inserting a replacement feature, for a reasonable cost. If the changes are too great, however, producing a new mold may be more cost-effective than reworking the existing one.
Where is the tooling when my injection mold is done?
As a one-stop manufacturer, we will make the tooling by ourselves. As long as you continue to run parts in our facility, we will keep the molds for you and make any necessary repairs or refurbishments at our cost for the life of your mold.
Who owns the mold?
The mold belongs to you. Zhongde is only responsible for saving the mold for you and will not use it for other customers.
