Plastic injection molding is the most common manufacturing process for the fabrication of large quantities of plastic parts. As an ideal method to producing high volumes plastic parts in the same shape, plastic injection molding can be used to create various of plastic parts, which vary greatly in size, complexity and application. Almost every plastic item around you was manufactured by injection molding.
The plastic injection molding at Zhongde is a standard process involving a stainless steel mold, it can be divided into six stages: mold clamping, injection molding, pressure holding, cooling, mold opening, and product removal. At a certain temperature, the completely melted plastic material is stirred by a screw, injected into the mold cavity with high pressure, then cooled and solidified into the final plastic molded parts.
