What Can We Customize in CNC Metal Spacers?
Every spacer starts with your choice of material and dimensions, then goes further — thread pitch, wall thickness, chamfer angle, surface finish, and other details that affect how the part fits and functions. We review these requirements with you before machining begins, ensuring the finished spacer matches not only your drawing dimensions but also the way it needs to perform once installed.

Why Choose Zhongde?
A part that meets spec on paper and a part that holds up in the field aren’t always the same thing. After years of producing polyurethane parts, we’ve learned that small differences in forming and curing conditions can have a significant effect on long-term performance.
One example was a batch of motor mounts that passed every dimensional check on arrival but began showing surface cracking after a season of heat cycling. The root cause was traced to cure time being slightly below specification — something that was not visible during inspection but became costly in the field. We responded by building cure-time buffers and post-cure checks into our process for heat-cycled applications as standard practice.
We also had an outdoor equipment application for a client in a coastal climate where we flagged a UV stabilizer package upgrade before production. Previous runs in similar salt-air conditions had shown surface chalking within the first year, so the material specification was adjusted before the new batch was produced.
We’ve been exporting custom molded parts for over 18 years, and that experience give us practical reference points when reviewing a new polyurethane mount — including which process details and material specifications deserve closer attention before production.
