What Can We Customize in PU Bushings?

Unlike standard elastomer parts, polyurethane bushings offer a wide range of formulation options that allow us to adjust key properties before molding. Do you offer bushings with metal inserts or sleeves?

We regularly mold PU around steel, aluminum, or brass inserts and sleeves, creating bonded assemblies that combine metal stiffness with polyurethane flexibility. Is there a difference in cost between PU, rubber, and plastic bushings?
