What is IR?

“IR” stands for Isoprene Rubber, which is a synthetic rubber made from isoprene monomers. Isoprene rubber is also commonly known as natural rubber substitute or synthetic natural rubber. It shares some similarities with natural rubber but is produced synthetically, allowing for greater control over its properties.
